Just need to downgrade? Click here to change your subscription plan.

You can request to put your Cloud Campaign account on hold or delete it by clicking on the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the screen then click Billing Info

In the Subscription tab, click on -Delete Account. You will then be able to fill out a quick form regarding your deletion or request a temporary hold on your account.
